I absolutely love helping first time homebuyers. I love being able to play a role in helping others create wealth through real estate and buying a home is the first step. First, I will connect you with my preferred lender and get you pre approved.Once we do that, the fun part begins - we will start looking at homes. I will work diligently to find the exact home that you are looking for. When that happens, we will put in an offer. This is a very crucial step and this is where I will negotiate on your behalf to make sure you not only get your dream home, but also get it for the best deal possible.
Is it true that I have to put down at least 20% for the down payment?
No. This is where it pays to hire a real estate agent + lender that will work in your best interest and get creative for you. We will sit down together and go over your financial situation and will make a collective decision on which one fits your needs best.
What happens if I can't find a home that I love on the market?
